PPC Manager

 Develop and implement production planning and scheduling based on order requirements and production capacity.  Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.  Monitor daily production progress and ensure targets are achieved within timelines.  Plan and control material requirements for production to avoid shortages or delays.  Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources in the production process.  Prepare and maintain production reports, planning sheets, and MIS reports.  Track production efficiency, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.  Work closely with the shop floor team to ensure proper workflow and adherence to production schedules.  Maintain documentation related to production planning and control activities.

 Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)  Experience in production scheduling and capacity planning  Knowledge of ERP systems / production planning software  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Good coordination and communication skills
