Plumbing Design Manager

Our Client leading engineering and consulting firm specializing in BIM, MEP, GIS, and infrastructure solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality and innovative design solutions to our clients. • Lead and manage plumbing design activities for multiple projects. • Prepare, review, and approve plumbing drawings, BOQs, and specifications. • Design systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, and storm water systems. • Perform design calculations for water demand, pipe sizing, and drainage systems. • Ensure compliance with NBC, local authority regulations, and relevant IS codes. • Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for design integration. • Develop and monitor project timelines and design deliverables. • Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges. • Maintain quality and accuracy of all plumbing design outputs. • Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals. • Support procurement through technical evaluation and vendor coordination. • Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical ( B.E./B.Tech ). • Certification in Plumbing Design is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical ( B.E./B.Tech ). • Certification in Plumbing Design is an added advantage. • 6 to 10 years of experience in Plumbing Design. • Minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial role preferred. • Experience in commercial pojects is desirable. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and plumbing design tools. • Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and hydraulic calculations. • Familiarity with BIM coordination is an added advantage.
