Planning on ERP

Handle production planning and material planning through ERP. Prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on production requirements and customer orders. Plan and schedule materials as per production plans and sales orders. Prepare material and production plans based on sales forecasts and order requirements. Execute and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) through ERP. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Sales teams to ensure timely material availability. Monitor material requirements, shortages and inventory levels. Update and maintain planning data in the ERP system. Prepare and maintain planning reports using Advanced Excel. Handle regular communication and coordination through emails. Track production and material planning status and highlight delays or shortages to the concerned teams.

Good knowledge of ERP-based Production & Material Planning. Strong understanding of MRP, MPS and material requirement planning. Good knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.). Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to work with Sales Forecast, Customer Orders and Production Plans. Good email drafting and communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
