Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Travel Operations • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services. • Prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday packages based on customer requirements. • Ensure timely confirmation of reservations and issuance of travel documents. • Monitor tour departures and provide end-to-end operational support throughout the travel cycle. Vendor Management: • Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and other travel partners. • Negotiate competitive rates and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. • Ensure service delivery meets agreed quality standards. Customer Support: • Respond to customer queries before, during, and after travel. • Handle operational emergencies and resolve travel-related issues promptly. • Process amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests efficiently. Documentation & Administration: • Maintain accurate booking records, travel documents, invoices, vouchers, and operational reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and documentation requirements. • Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth execution of customer bookings. Process Improvement: • Support the development of new travel products and tour packages. • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Ensure adherence to service quality standards and operational best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in travel operations, tour management, or a similar role. • Freshers with relevant internships or practical exposure in the travel industry may also be considered. Technical Skills: • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: MS Excel: MS Word: MS PowerPoint: Professional Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. • Strong time management and deadline management skills.
