To be considered for the MIS Executive position, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Management Information Systems, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is required. Candidates should have a strong command of data analysis tools and techniques, along with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting software such as Tableau or Power BI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various departments and presenting findings to management. A proactive attitude, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are also crucial for success in this role. Previous experience with ERP systems and a basic understanding of production processes in the food industry will be advantageous.
