MES Lead - Automotive

Own and lead the company’s digital manufacturing transformation, using MES as the foundational platform. The role will drive end-to-end MES implementation — from pilot deployment through enterprise rollout and stabilization — while architecting the broader Industry 4.0 ecosystem spanning shop-floor connectivity, data platforms, analytics, and intelligent automation. Over time, the role will evolve to shape and execute the company’s digital manufacturing roadmap, integrating emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IIoT, and digital twin capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. MES Implementation Lead MES implementation starting with one plant, then roll out across remaining 4 facilities Act as single point of accountability between SSWL, MES vendor, and system integrator Define project scope, timelines, milestones; manage budget and risks Drive integration with existing SAP ERP, shop floor PLCs, quality systems, etc. Own change management — training, SOPs, user adoption across plants Establish governance model, KPIs, and reporting for program health Build internal MES and digital manufacturing competency team for long-term sustainability

Eligibility Criteria 1. Experience: 10 – 15 years 2. Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
