🔒 ConfidentialWe are seeking a highly skilled MEP Project Supervisor Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the successful execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across various projects. As the MEP Project Supervisor Engineer, you will oversee the installation processes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety, while also adhering to project specifications and timelines. This position is pivotal in coordinating between various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. In this role, your day-to-day activities will include supervising MEP installations, coordinating with civil and architectural teams, and monitoring site progress. You will also be responsible for preparing progress reports, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and NEC. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to project planning and control, helping to streamline operations and resolve technical challenges as they arise. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field, alongside 3-6 years of relevant experience in MEP project execution, particularly in HVAC, piping, and electrical systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, as is a strong understanding of MEP drawings and relevant industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IPC, SMACNA, and IEC. Candidates should demonstrate strong site supervision and execution skills, particularly in buildings and industrial projects. Key soft skills include excellent communication and coordination abilities, problem-solving mindset, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to quality and safety compliance. Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project, and knowledge of local authority approval procedures, are preferred. Certifications related to MEP systems will be advantageous.
