MEP Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Noida. This pivotal role involves the planning, design, and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a variety of building projects. To be considered for the MEP Design Engineer position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP design is essential, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM preferred), as well as HVAC and piping design software such as HAP, Pipe-Flo, and Elite. Familiarity with electrical design tools like Dialux and ETAP is optional but preferred. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international standards including ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, NEC, IPC, and IEC, and be capable of preparing comprehensive design packages that include drawings, calculations, and bill of quantities (BOQ). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication and coordination abilities are critical for success in this role. Preferred attributes include experience in Pharma, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects, as well as knowledge of sustainability codes (LEED/Green Building) and project management basics. Familiarity with local authority approval processes is also advantageous. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate a strong technical understanding of all MEP systems, being a team player with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
