Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for bright, organised freshers to join our operations team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage the day-to-day movement of freight for our US and Canadian customers — scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking loads, coordinating carriers and resolving issues early. No prior logistics experience is required — we'll train you on US freight, our TMS and our process. What we need from you is strong written and spoken English, an eye for detail, comfort with computers and Excel, and the drive to build a career in logistics from day one. The Logistics Coordinator is the operational backbone of every customer relationship. By keeping loads moving, data accurate and communication proactive, this role decides whether customers see Dhiira as a dependable extension of their own team. Plan & Dispatch Freight Learn to schedule pickups and deliveries, assign loads to carriers and plan efficient routes. Track & Trace Every Shipment Monitor loads in transit, send timely status updates and flag delays, detention and risks early. Coordinate Carriers & Customers Be the daily point of contact for shippers, receivers and carriers on the loads you manage. Own Documentation & Data Keep TMS records, rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs accurate, complete and audit-ready. Learn Fast & Raise the Bar Complete structured training, ask questions, master the process and hit weekly quality targets. Bachelor's degree in any discipline — recent graduates welcome Strong spoken and written English; clear and confident on calls and email Comfortable with computers, email and Excel; quick to pick up new software Organised and detail-oriented — follows the process and double-checks the data Calm under pressure, a fast learner and keen to build a career in logistics Willing to work a US-hours night shift from our Verna office, Mon–Fr Mon – Fri, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Alternate Saturdays: process training, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
