Supervise and monitor HVAC installation works, including ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, supports, equipment and accessories. 2. Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings, project specifications and applicable standards. 3. Coordinate daily site activities with technicians, subcontractors and supervisors. 4. Drawing Review and Coordination, Review IFC drawings, approved shop drawings, HVAC schematics and equipment schedules before execution. 5. Coordinate HVAC services with architectural, structural and other MEP services to identify and resolve clashes. Identify site discrepancies and coordinate with the design team for technical clarifications. 6. Prepare material requisitions based on approved drawings and site requirements. Verify delivered materials against approved material submittals and project specifications. 7. Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted site progress. 8. Monitor daily HVAC installation progress against the approved project schedule. 9. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment to achieve project milestones. 10. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and highlight delays or technical issues. 11. Coordinate HVAC pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning activities. Coordinate with team to resolve technical issues and achieve system performance requirements. 12. Maintain installation records, inspection requests, material requisitions and progress reports. 13. Coordinate preparation of as-built drawings, testing reports and operation and maintenance documentation. 14. Assist in snagging, rectification and final HVAC system handover.
