HVAC BIM MODELER

Create 3D HVAC/MEP drawings using Revit software. Prepare detailed installation and shop drawings for site execution. Check and resolve clashes between HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. Update drawings and models as per design changes and site requirements. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams for smooth project execution. Generate material quantities (BOQ) and reports from the 3D model. Ensure all drawings follow project standards and company guidelines. Maintain updated records and revisions of all BIM models and drawings.

3 to 8 years of experience in BIM Modelling for HVAC/MEP projects. Good hands-on experience in Revit MEP software. Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and equipment layouts. Experience in preparing shop drawings and coordination drawings. Knowledge of Navisworks software for clash checking is preferred. Understanding of MEP drawings and construction drawings. Ability to coordinate and work with engineers, site teams, and project teams. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
