Graphics Designer- NSP

Key Responsibilities • Digital Design: Create high-performing visual assets for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, presentation decks and other digital collaterals. • Print Production: Design and prepress print collateral, including brochures, catalogs, event signage/backdrops, magazine ads, flyers, business cards, merchandise, and promotional materials. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Edgetech’s visual identity and brand guidelines. • Creative Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from brief to delivery. • Asset & File Management: Maintain organized design systems, master templates, and digital asset repositories for cross-team use. • Resize and adapt designs across multiple print and digital formats while maintaining visual consistency. • Print Management: Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure correct file preparation, color accuracy, paper selection, and final delivery quality.

Experience 3–5 years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house team. Software Mastery Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Core Competencies Strong expertise in typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy. Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics. Ability to understand and simplify technical/product information into clear visual communication. Print Expertise In-depth knowledge of print production (CMYK, prepress setup, bleed, trim, resolution, and paper stocks). Digital Expertise Proven background in creating responsive digital graphics and web/social assets (RGB, pixel-perfect layouts). Tools & Platforms Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for lightweight UI/web layout design is a plus. Portfolio A solid portfolio showcasing diverse print and digital creative work.
