Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused professional for the role of Financial Analyst – Project Finance & Management Reporting to work full-time remote from their home country. The role will involve undertaking financial modelling, feasibility assessments, and strategic business planning. This is a full-time permanent remote position, allowing the selected candidate to work from their home country. Any business travel required as part of the role will be arranged and fully covered by the company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Project Finance, Financial Modelling, and Corporate Business Development, with the ability to support complex financial and strategic initiatives. • Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards. • Analyze financial performance and key business KPIs. • Prepare budget vs. actual and variance analysis reports. • Support management with financial insights and recommendations. • Develop executive reports and presentations for leadership. • Monitor project profitability and financial performance. • Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial summaries. • Track business performance against strategic objectives. • Generate MIS reports for senior management. • Support decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. • Consolidate financial data for management review. • Present key financial metrics to the leadership team. • Develop and maintain Finance Models for budget plans and projects. • Perform detailed financial analysis including: o CAPEX and OPEX assessments o Debt sizing and debt sculpting o Interest During Construction (IDC) o Banking covenant analysis (DSCR, gearing ratios, LLCR) o Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Assess project feasibility, investment returns, and financial viability for greenfield and brownfield projects. • Support optimization of financing structures through equity and debt modelling. • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis for strategic decision-making. • Develop strategic business plans and longterm financial forecasts for energy and infrastructure assets. • Evaluate expansion opportunities, investment strategies, and operational optimization initiatives.
