Assembly Process Planning and Workflow Sequencing: Establish Assembly Line Routing / Develop Work Instructions (SOPs) / Balance Assembly Line Loading Mechanical Component Integration & Engineering Validation: Validate Fan-Motor Drive Systems / Supervise Thermal System Fitment / Ensure Filter Frame Airtightness / Inspect Damper Functionality. Casing Sealing, Pressure Tightness & Compliance: Control Sealing Quality / Lead Compliance Testing / Enforce Cleanroom / Hygienic Construction. Materials Control & Engineering Change Management (ECM): Reconcile Manufacturing BOMs (MBOM) / Drive Engineering Change Requests (ECR) / Support Continuous Improvement by running Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Poke-Yoke) to minimize hardware waste, tool misplacement, and manual handling damage.

Overall Background: 3 to 5 years of industrial experience in mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical integration, or equipment manufacturing. AHU Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years explicitly focused on AHU final assembly, component integration (fans, coils, filters), and testing workflows. Process Engineering Exposure: Direct experience troubleshooting assembly bottlenecks, calculating line balancing parameters, or executing leak testing. Systems and Software: Working knowledge of ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to manage production routing steps and verify Manufacturing BOMs (MBOM).
