Electrical Design Lead

• Lead and manage electrical design activities for multiple projects. • Prepare, review, and approve electrical drawings, BOQs, and specifications. • Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, and other relevant standards. • Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams. • Develop and monitor project timelines and design deliverables. • Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges. • Maintain quality and accuracy of all electrical design outputs. • Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals. • Support procurement through technical evaluations and vendor coordination. • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering ( B.E./B.Tech ). Experience ( Mandatory ): • 8 to 10 years of experience in Electrical Design. • Minimum 3 years in a leadership/managerial role preferred. • Experience in commercial & residential projects is desirable. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or similar tools. • Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, and load calculations. • Familiarity with BIM coordination is an added advantage. Soft Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Requirements: • Willingness to work from Navi Mumbai location.
