Design Manager- Senior

Lead the AHU Design & Engineering department and manage design operations. Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee the design and development of customized Air Handling Units (AHUs). Review and approve engineering designs, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Ensure compliance with customer specifications, HVAC standards, and company quality procedures Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Service teams for successful project execution. Drive product innovation, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives. Lead new product development and continuous product improvement programs. Provide technical support for key customer projects, tenders, and complex engineering requirements. Monitor engineering KPIs, project schedules, quality, and resource utilization Establish engineering standards, design guidelines, and best practices Mentor, develop, and evaluate the performance of engineering managers and design teams Support strategic planning, budgeting, and capacity planning for the engineering department

Extensive expertise in AHU design, HVAC systems, and product engineering. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawing standards. Experience in AHU component selection, BOM preparation, and manufacturing processes. Excellent leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
