Transitioning all physical, handwritten shop-floor logs, material requests, and production sheets into clean, accurate digital data within the company's ERP system. Production Logs & Daily Output Data Entry: Log Daily Production Quantities / Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) / Record Breakdown Hours Materials, BOM, and Inventory Data Operations: Upload Bills of Materials (BOM) / Log Material Requisitions & Issues / Track Scrap and Rejections Document Controls & Record-Keeping: Archive Floor Documentation / Maintain Master Data Integrity Excel Spreadsheet Maintenance & Report Generation: Update Daily/Weekly Dashboards / Extract Standard ERP Reports / Cross Check Data Discrepancies quality.

Overall Data Entry Background: 1 to 3 years of experience as a dedicated Data Entry Operator.  Manufacturing / Industrial Exposure (Highly Preferred): At least 1 year of experience working directly inside a factory office, engineering firm, or warehouse environment. Candidates who understand what a "Bill of Materials (BOM)," "Job Card," or "Material Requisition Note (MRN)" looks like require significantly less onboarding time.  System Hands-on: Proven track record of entering numbers, weights, and part identifiers directly into standard databases, inventory tools, or an ERP environment (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally) for at least one year.
