Job Description

Our client is a technology-driven logistics and eCommerce solutions provider specializing in end-to-end shipping and supply chain management. The company helps online businesses streamline their logistics operations through multi-courier integration, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, warehousing support, and customer communication solutions. * Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails * Resolve order, delivery, return, and refund queries * Coordinate with courier partners for shipment issues * Maintain customer records in CRM * Provide excellent customer service and timely resolutions

Requirements

* Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) * Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM) * Ability to handle customers professionally * Prior e-commerce/customer support experience preferred
