Procurement Engineer / Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer/Executive with experience in HVAC/MEP procurement, vendor management, material sourcing, commercial negotiations, and timely procurement of project materials. Key Responsibilities ● Procure HVAC/MEP materials as per project requirements. ● Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers. ● Obtain and compare quotations and prepare comparative statements. ● Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions. ● Coordinate with vendors for POs, material delivery, quality, and documentation. ● Coordinate with design, project/site, stores, and accounts teams. ● Track material requirements and ensure timely delivery at project sites. ● Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, and procurement reports. ● Monitor market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Experience in HVAC/MEP procurement preferred. ● Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills. ● Knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, electrical/control items, etc. ● Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement processes. ● Good communication and follow-up skills.
