Site Manager - Gujarat ( wind or hybrid )

We are currently hiring for one of our reputed clients, a leading organization in the renewable energy and power sector., specializing in the development, engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and operation of large-scale energy infrastructure projects across India. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of Wind Energy and Hybrid Power Projects in Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale EPC project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, safety standards, and effective coordination with all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end site execution for Wind Energy and Hybrid Power Projects. Plan, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely completion within budget. Supervise civil, electrical, mechanical, and installation activities at the project site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, productivity, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and environmental standards. Liaise with government authorities for approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements. Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and provide regular progress reports to management. Support testing, commissioning, and successful project handover.

15+ years of experience in site management and project execution. Strong experience in Wind Energy or Hybrid Power Projects is mandatory. Proven experience in EPC project execution within the power or infrastructure sector. Experience managing large-scale project sites independently. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and progress monitoring. Familiarity with statutory approvals, land coordination, and site safety practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
