Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to support our Bank Channel Partner business. The role involves contacting prospective and existing customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for bank relationship managers or sales teams, following up on customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with bank channel partners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, insurance, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of outbound calls made. Qualified leads generated. Appointment conversion rate. Sales support effectiveness. Customer satisfaction and response time. Accuracy of CRM updates and reporting. Preferred Candidate Profile Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Willingness to learn banking products and sales processes. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
