Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Pune office. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service support to our esteemed clientele across Western India, including Pune. As a Service Engineer, you will not only maintain and troubleshoot sophisticated imported capital equipment within the HVAC, Electronics, Mechanical, and Electrical sectors but also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise in handling complex environments will contribute significantly to our company's reputation for excellence. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to existing customers while actively seeking new clients in various industries such as Automotive, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Defense, Food, Chemical, R&D Institutes, and Universities. Your day-to-day activities will include preparing business plans, visit programs, quotations, and prequalification documents for service and spare sales. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably in HVAC, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical, from a reputed institution. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience handling imported capital equipment is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with environmental chambers. **Must-Have Qualifications and Experience:** - 2 to 5 years of experience in service engineering roles, specifically with HVAC and refrigeration systems. - Proven experience in dealing with complex technical environments. **Technical Skills and Competencies:** - Knowledge of electrical circuits and HVAC systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **Soft Skills and Attributes:** - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Trustworthy, reliable, and a good timekeeper. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Educational Requirements:** - Degree or diploma in Engineering (HVAC/Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical). **Certifications or Special Requirements:** - Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation visits.
