🔒 ConfidentialBusiness Development Manager About the Role This dinancial investment company is looking for an ambitious and business-driven professional to work closely with the Founder & CEO in driving the firm's strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role that combines business development, client relationship management, and strategic support to the CEO. The successful candidate will assist the CEO in expanding the firm's client base, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), entrepreneurs, corporate clients, and financial institutions. The role requires a strong understanding of financial products, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to represent the company with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Support the CEO in executing strategic business growth initiatives. • Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and market expansion. • Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and relationship-building. • Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, entrepreneurs, corporate clients, family offices, and financial institutions. • Generate business across investment advisory services, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and Retirement Planning. • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, channel partners, and other stakeholders to develop business opportunities. • Be ready to take on team leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, managing, and driving the performance of the Business Development team as the company expands. • Prepare business proposals, presentations, market research reports, and MIS for the CEO. • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, seminars, and industry forums. • Monitor sales pipelines, client engagement, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client service. • Work closely with the CEO on special projects, strategic partnerships, and business planning initiatives. Compensation • Salary: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month • Performance-based incentives • Career growth into senior leadership roles
