In this role, you will engage in client acquisition by proactively identifying and connecting with decision-makers within corporate marketing and communications departments. Your day-to-day activities will include managing end-to-end sales processes, from responding to inquiries to crafting tailored proposals. You will also execute outreach campaigns, maintain comprehensive records in our CRM, and build lasting relationships that foster client loyalty. The ideal candidate for this role must possess the following qualifications and experience: - Gender/Age: Female, 25–35 years. - Must-have: 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Digital Marketing, Corporate Events, Advertising, or Film Production (2+ years for high-achievers). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations. - Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to articulate creative concepts clearly and confidently. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities are essential. - Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Certifications: Relevant certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Media will be considered an advantage. Work Logistics •Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM. •Schedule: 6 Days a week (Saturday is a half-day).
