Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) – Make sure the company follows a proper quality system so products are made correctly every time. Ensure ISO Compliance – Ensure the company follows quality and safety rules like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Prepare Quality Documents – Create and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals for employees. Maintain Documents – Keep all quality records and documents organized and up to date. Monitor Production Quality – Check that products being manufactured meet the required quality standards. Prepare Inspection Plans – Decide when and how products should be inspected during production. Improve Quality – Find the reason for quality problems and take corrective actions to reduce defects and improve the manufacturing process.

Proven experience of more than 8 to 10 years (Experience from any Manufacturing Unit will be preferred). B.E / B.Tech in Mech. Engg. Equivalent is preferred. Proven working experience and knowledge in all Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions, ISO Systems, and databases with complete record keeping.
