Key Responsibilities 1. Industrial Relations & Plant Management * Ensure 100% compliance with the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and all statutory regulations. * Manage labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions to maintain a strike-free environment. * Oversee EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols to ensure zero-accident goals at the manufacturing site. * Supervise the plant-based HR team to manage daily attendance, shift rotations, and payroll accuracy for blue-collar staff. 2. Talent Acquisition & Development * Lead recruitment for diverse roles: from CNC operators and quality engineers to sales and finance professionals. * Develop and implement an Onboarding Program that aligns new hires with the company’s vision. * Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training for factory workers and leadership training for corporate staff. 3. Performance & Compensation * Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. * Manage the annual increment cycle, bonus structures, and incentive schemes for production targets. * Benchmark salaries to ensure we remain competitive within the automotive components industry. 4. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman with a strong background in preparing electrical design and shop drawings for MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of proven experience in electrical drafting and must be proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit MEP will be considered an added advantage. The candidate must be capable of creating accurate layouts, schematics, and documentation for electrical systems while ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
