As a Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor, your day-to-day activities will include preparing running bills, RA bills, and final bills for HVAC projects. You will verify site measurements against drawings, work completion reports, and specifications, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times. Industrial Relations & Plant Management * Ensure 100% compliance with the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and all statutory regulations. * Manage labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions to maintain a strike-free environment. * Oversee EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols to ensure zero-accident goals at the manufacturing site. * Supervise the plant-based HR team to manage daily attendance, shift rotations, and payroll accuracy for blue-collar staff. 2. Talent Acquisition & Development * Lead recruitment for diverse roles: from CNC operators and quality engineers to sales and finance professionals. * Develop and implement an Onboarding Program that aligns new hires with the company’s vision. * Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training for factory workers and leadership training for corporate staff. 3. Performance & Compensation * Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. * Manage the annual increment cycle, bonus structures, and incentive schemes for production targets. * Benchmark salaries to ensure we remain competitive within the automotive components industry. 4. Corporate Culture & Engagement * Act as a bridge between the plant and corporate office to ensure "One Team" alignment. * Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. * Advise senior management on organizational design and workforce planning.
