Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities including ducting, chilled water piping, insulation, and equipment installation. • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from site engineers. • Manage and monitor site workforce, subcontractors, and technicians. • Coordinate with site engineers and other MEP teams for smooth workflow and execution. • Track daily progress and report status to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager. • Ensure proper handling and installation of HVAC materials and equipment at site. • Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements proactively. • Ensure housekeeping and proper site discipline during execution. • Support testing and commissioning activities of HVAC systems. • Ensure adherence to safety practices and use of PPE at site.

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings based on approved design drawings and specifications • Develop ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, equipment room layouts, and coordination drawings • Prepare HVAC schematics, isometric drawings, riser diagrams, and sectional details • Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and site requirements • Prepare as-built drawings based on site measurements and execution changes • Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and consultant requirements

• Execute and supervise HVAC installation works, including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems, ventilation systems, and associated equipment. • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate site execution. • Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements. • Coordinate with design, procurement, and other MEP teams (electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) for smooth project execution. • Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. • Ensure quality of installation as per approved drawings, standards, and client requirements. • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and coordination challenges. • Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material tracking, and work records. • Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and safe working practices at site.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites. • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for ongoing activities. • Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, client requirements, and industry standards. • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and site walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions and practices. • Lead incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Monitor and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across sites. • Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs for site teams and workers. • Maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and compliance records. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for safety audits and approvals. • Support emergency preparedness, mock drills, and crisis management planning.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Safety Compliance: • Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations in accordance with local, regional, and national standards. • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards. • Ensure that all employees are covered under ESI, PF, Medical Insurance. • Get Health check ups done as a part of employee induction. • Conduct Daily Tool Box Meetings. • Obtain all necessary permits before commencing work. • Check all tools and tackles and all PPE and tag them as safe to use. 2 Risk Assessment: • Conduct risk assessments for MEP construction activities and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. • Work closely with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution. 3. Incident Management: • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures. • Collaborate with relevant parties to develop and implement corrective action plans. 4.Training and Awareness: • Develop and deliver HSE training programs for construction site personnel, emphasizing safe work practices and emergency procedures. 5. Emergency Response: • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness. • Collaborate with emergency services and local authorities to enhance emergency response capabilities. • Get a Hospital Tie Up • Coordinate with external parties for Emergency Vehicle use if needed. 6 Environmental Management: • Monitor and manage environmental aspects related to MEP construction activities. • Implement strategies to minimize environmental impact, including waste management and pollution control. 7 Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents. • Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance to project management.

• Prepare Plumbing shop drawings for various sanitary and plumbing systems including sewerage, water supply lines, drainage, STP/ETP, rainwater drainage, fixtures, and accessories that are good for approval. • Prepare coordinated drawings integrating plumbing services with HVAC, fire, electrical systems. • Review design drawings and specifications, incorporate revisions, and prepare final drafts for execution. • Generate as-built drawings based on site measurements and field updates. • Prepare BIM models (if required) or work with BIM teams to incorporate plumbing systems into coordinated BIM models. • Support Bill of Quantities (BOQ) extraction and material take-offs from drawings. • Collaborate with site engineers to ensure drawings reflect real site conditions, installation requirements, and compliance with codes. • Assist in coordination for tenders, client approvals, and technical clarifications. • Use AutoCAD (mandatory) and Revit MEP (preferred) for drafting and modelling.

• Prepare Fire Fighting shop drawings for various systems, including hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, hose reel systems, fire pump rooms, fire water tanks, landing valves, yard hydrants, and related accessories that are good for approval. • Prepare coordinated drawings integrating fire protection services with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. • Review design drawings and specifications, incorporate revisions, and prepare final drafts for execution. • Generate as-built drawings based on site measurements and field updates. • Prepare BIM models (if required) or work with BIM teams to incorporate firefighting systems into coordinated BIM models. • Support Bill of Quantities (BOQ) extraction and material take-offs from drawings. • Collaborate with site engineers to ensure drawings reflect real site conditions, installation requirements, and compliance with fire safety codes. • Assist in coordination for tenders, client approvals, consultant reviews, and authority submissions. • Use AutoCAD (mandatory) and Revit MEP (preferred) for drafting and modelling.
