________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of HVAC systems for new builds, renovations, and mobile units. • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and design teams to address systemic HVAC issues and implement innovative solutions. • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring installations and designs are completed on schedule and within financial constraints. • Conduct technical reviews of HVAC plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide guidance to teams on preventive maintenance and operational efficiency. • Develop training materials and programs for technicians and road teams to standardize maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. • Communicate issue trends and solutions effectively to leadership and stakeholders. • Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, recommending improvements to reduce operational costs and environmental impact

Handling & Driving MEP/ HVAC projects either single large project OR multiple projects depending upon project inflow. Coordination with all stake holders at customer end like Consultant, PMC, Client chief engineers etc. for smooth and timely execution of project. Good understanding on technical of MEP/ HVAC. Project site inventory management. Forecasting project billings, ensuring timely billings and payment collections. Foreseeing project challenges and finding solutions to overcome same. Keeping customer and management informed on critical issues. Resource planning like labour contractors, site engineers etc. Site deployment and execution in line with all safety standards, ESIPL SOP, and standards of quality installation as per listed quality standards. On time project handing over Final closure of project that is project closing and establishing actual P & L. Developing and training upcoming engineers on site.

1. HVAC Design & Engineering • In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design and selection • Design of chilled water systems including: o Pipe sizing o Pump head calculations o Valve selection • Experience in VRF systems and ventilation design • Knowledge of heat load calculations and equipment selection 2. Ducting & Air Distribution • Design of ducted air-conditioning systems • Static pressure calculations • Duct sizing and routing • Duct insulation calculations 3. Documentation & Approvals • Preparation of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) • Submission and follow-up for approvals from consultants/clients 4. Drawings & Coordination • Review and approval of shop drawings • Coordination with clients, architects, and MEP consultants • Interdisciplinary coordination for clash-free design 5. Project Planning & Execution • Project planning and scheduling • Preparation of project timelines and milestones • Monitoring progress against schedules 6. Commercial & Variation Management • Preparation and review of project variations • Support in estimation and cost optimization
