Set and maintain inspection standards & control plans for filtration and fabricated products Perform IQC, IPQC, FQC (incoming, in-process, final inspections) Do dimensional inspection using gauges/CMM and read engineering drawings (GD&T) Conduct FAI, product testing, and qualification activities Maintain and audit QMS as per ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 Prepare and manage quality documents (SOPs, reports, FMEA, control plans, calibration records) Drive APQP for new products and engineering changes Handle calibration of measuring instruments Raise and manage NCR (defects) and track closure Perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement fixes Handle supplier quality issues and SCAR Track and report quality KPIs Support supplier audits and development Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and approvals Review customer requirements, FAT documents Follow industry standards

Buy materials: Purchase raw materials and parts needed for production. Find and deal with vendors: Contact suppliers, take quotations, compare prices, and finalize the best one. Negotiate: Get the best price, delivery time, and payment terms from vendors. Manage suppliers: Maintain good relationships and check their quality and performance. Coordinate with teams: Work with production, engineering, and finance to ensure correct materials are ordered. Check drawings & requirements: Understand what exactly is needed before placing orders. Ensure on-time delivery: Follow up with vendors so materials come on time and work doesn’t stop. Handle issues: Solve problems related to price, quality, delivery, or billing. Maintain records: Keep proper data of orders, suppliers, and reports in system/Excel. Save cost: Try to reduce cost by finding better suppliers or deals without affecting quality.
