About the Role We are looking for an Executive – Recruitment to drive end-to-end hiring for our Central Kitchen operations across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QSR/F&B recruitment, particularly in kitchen and frontline hiring, and should be comfortable managing high-volume/bulk recruitment requirements across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Central Kitchen hiring across India, including Commis, Chefs, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping and other support/frontline roles. Drive bulk hiring of 100+ kitchen and frontline employees per month across multiple locations. Partner with Operations and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and forecast hiring needs for existing and new kitchen/outlet launches. Develop and maximise multiple sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, vendors, staffing agencies, walk-ins and local sourcing. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer rollout and joining. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure positions are closed within defined TATs. Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining documentation, ensuring a smooth joining experience across locations. Coordinate with external recruitment/staffing vendors and agencies for blue-collar and frontline hiring. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards and provide regular updates on open positions, closures, joining status and manpower gaps. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for kitchen and frontline roles across key locations in India. The HR and Admin plays a critical role in supporting a wide range of human resources and admin functions to ensure a positive employee experience, this role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to employee engagement, policy implementation, HR data management, and coordination of HR and Admin processes across the employee lifecycle. 1. Human Resources Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Draft job descriptions and post them across job portals and internal networks. • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. • Organize onboarding programs and orientation for new employees. Employee Records & HRIS • Maintain and regularly update employee files and HRIS systems. • Track attendance, leaves, and ensure accurate documentation. • Prepare and issue employment contracts, ID cards, and related documentation. Payroll & Benefits Administration • Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department. • Manage benefits programs including insurance, provident fund, and reimbursements. • Address employee questions related to salary, tax deductions, and benefits. Employee Relations, Policy Management & Communication • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and escalate when needed. • Support initiatives to maintain a healthy and inclusive workplace. • Coordinate internal communication: policy updates, events. • Help draft, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook. • Support internal audits. 2. Administration Responsibilities Office Management • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations. • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. • Supervise office maintenance, facility management, and cleanliness. Travel & Logistics • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees: bookings, itineraries, reimbursements. • Handle logistics for meetings, training, and corporate events. General Administrative Support • electricity, internet, water, Invoices manage bills. • Track contract renewals, service agreements, and ensure timely payments.
