Job Description: PMC – Civil Project: The Delmar – High-Rise Residential Project Location: Panjim, Goa Experience: 12–15 Years Monthly Take-Home Salary: ₹1.10–1.20 Lakhs Accommodation: Bachelor accommodation provided separately About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager/ Head- PMC to oversee civil construction activities for *The Delmar*, an upcoming high-rise residential project in Panjim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management consultancy, site execution, quality control, planning and coordination to ensure the project is delivered as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities and monitor site progress against project schedules. - Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications and construction standards. - Monitor structural and finishing works, including RCC, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, plastering and other civil activities. - Ensure quality control through regular site inspections, quality checks and compliance with approved methodologies. - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors and other project stakeholders. - Track project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective measures in coordination with the project team. - Review drawings, technical documents, BOQs and construction methodologies to ensure smooth execution. - Monitor material usage, workmanship and resource deployment for efficient project delivery. - Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable construction regulations. - Prepare progress reports, inspection records and updates for senior management. - Resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely closure of snags and defects. Desired Candidate Profile - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution. - 12–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management consultancy. - Prior experience in high-rise residential projects is essential. - Strong knowledge of RCC structures, construction practices, quality assurance and site execution. - Proven ability to manage contractors, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor project schedules. - Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs and project documentation. - Strong communication, problem-solving and coordination skills. - Willingness to work on-site in Panjim, Goa. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements  Defining, recording and maintaining project brief information from the client and/or other relevant parties to determine design input information  Work with the design team on individual projects in a variety of sectors ensuring that solutions are identified which meet and surpass the client brief  Preparing feasibility studies and structural and civil engineers strategy documents as necessary  Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.  Ensure the culture of the team is one of learning and creativity with people being able and willing to offer highly creative and innovative solutions  Preparing detailed designs and/or construction details for whole projects, buildings, elements or components, including associated specifications, schedules, calculations  Clearly communicating by appropriate means proposed solutions to all design team members and client team  Actively promote the company to external parties and in particular to organizations and people who represent key areas of interest to the company as identified in its Business Plans.  Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence  Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications  Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval  Coordinating both input and output with the other disciplines and reporting output to the Managing Director in time for monthly Executive meetings  Selecting appropriate construction materials & Prepare and allocate budgets  Collaborate with contractors and project managers & Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects  Building structures based on technical specifications  Tracking project progress and Delivering progress reports

Lead the design and execution of PHE services for large-scale residential, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD (mandatory). Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and other MEP services. Conduct site validations and ensure project execution. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project presentations.

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer with 5–7 years of experience in commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing systems for commercial, retail, office, healthcare, educational, and mixed-use developments. The role involves preparing construction documents, performing plumbing calculations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Key Responsibilities * Design domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and specialty plumbing systems for commercial facilities. * Prepare plumbing plans, riser diagrams, isometric drawings, schedules, and specifications. * Perform plumbing calculations including fixture unit analysis, pipe sizing, water demand calculations, and storm drainage calculations. * Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP. * Coordinate plumbing designs with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines. * Review project requirements, applicable codes, and client standards. * Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. * Assist with permit applications and respond to plan review comments. * Conduct field visits and site investigations as required. * Support project managers in meeting project schedules and budgets. * Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance. Required Qualifications * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering Technology, or related field. * 5–7 years of plumbing design experience in commercial building projects within the United States. * Strong knowledge of: * International Plumbing Code (IPC) * Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) * International Building Code (IBC) * ADA requirements * Local municipal plumbing regulations * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD * Revit MEP * Microsoft Office Suite * Experience preparing permit and construction drawing packages. * Strong understanding of plumbing system design principles and construction practices. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with healthcare, hospitality, retail, educational, or mixed-use developments. * Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection. * EIT certification preferred. * Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED projects.
