Strong hands-on, end-to-end experience with government tendering through GeM, the Central Public Procurement Portal, Indian Railways/IREPS and State Government portals. Must independently handle tender identification, eligibility assessment, bid documentation, technical/commercial submissions, online bidding and compliance. Identify and track relevant government tenders on various e-procurement portals. Handle end-to-end tendering through: GeM (Government e-Marketplace) CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal) Indian Railways / IREPS State Government e-Procurement Portals Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work and commercial conditions. Assess the company's eligibility and prepare tender participation recommendations. Prepare and manage complete technical and commercial bid documentation. Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, Technical and Operations teams for required documents and information. Prepare EMD, tender fees, declarations, undertakings, certificates and other compliance documents. Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted within prescribed timelines. Handle online bid submission and e-bidding/reverse auction, wherever applicable. Monitor tender amendments, corrigenda, pre-bid clarifications and submission deadlines. Coordinate responses to technical and commercial queries raised by government departments. Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, results and upcoming opportunities. Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions and government procurement guidelines. Support in preparing responses for technical/commercial clarifications and post-bid requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments for work orders, purchase orders, agreements and other post-award documentation, wherever required.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer responsible for HVAC system design, load calculations, BOQ preparation, AutoCAD drafting, and technical coordination for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other projects. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare HVAC designs, layouts, schematics, and technical drawings. ● Perform heat load calculations and equipment selection. ● Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material specifications. ● Coordinate with site, procurement, consultants, and clients. Required Skills ● Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings for ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, VRF/VRV and related systems. ● Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications. ● Assist in estimation, tendering, and technical submissions.
