Key Responsibilities  Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for mechanical MEP works.  Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project quantities and scope.  Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and material/labour calculations.  Coordinate with design, procurement, project execution, and planning teams.  Review shop drawings, design changes, and variations for commercial impact.  Prepare and evaluate variation claims, extra-item claims, and change orders.  Monitor project quantities against BOQ and identify quantity/cost deviations.  Maintain proper documentation of quantities, rates, BOQs, and commercial records.  Conduct quantity reconciliation for major materials and MEP installations.

• Manage and oversee after-sales service operations for HVAC and AHU systems, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests. • Plan, supervise, and coordinate AHU installation, assembly, commissioning, and retrofit activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by providing technical support, addressing service concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. • Lead and mentor service engineers, technicians, and site teams through effective manpower planning, technical guidance, and safety training initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance product performance and service quality. • Provide technical expertise in HVAC systems, Smart AHUs, electrical panels, PLCs, EC fans, and BMS integration, while maintaining accurate technical documentation and service records. • Prepare service MIS reports, maintain operational documentation, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables. • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards, and departmental SOPs while promoting safe work practices across all service operations.

Receive and log all assembly and service-related calls. * Prioritize and escalate urgent service requests as required. * Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of service issues. * Accurately enter and update all service and assembly-related details in the ERP system. * Maintain records of work progress, technician deployment, and service completion. * Handle Air Control Services contractor billing and ensure accurate documentation. * Ensure proper closure of service tasks with necessary approvals. * Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily AHU assembly activities. * Review project drawings, GA diagrams, paneling drawings, and internal layout before execution. * Communicate with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure clarity on technical details. * Follow up with the factory/warehouse team for pending materials or short supplies. * Troubleshoot issues related to mismatch, damage, or missing components during assembly. * Maintain documentation for assembly checklists, material shortages, site reports, and daily progress updates.

Supervision and Coordination: • Oversee the assembly and installation of AHUs at client sites. • Ensure all installations comply with company standards and client specifications. • Manage timelines and resolve any on-site issues. Site Status Updates: • Monitor and document daily site activities and progress. • Prepare and submit daily site status reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. • Identify and report any potential issues or delays promptly. • Ensure LD is not levied and extra claims are approved through regular, written communication. Customer Service and After-Sales Support: • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales service requirements. • Handle customer calls and address any service-related issues promptly. • Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of AHUs. Customer Relationship Management: • Create and maintain a positive image of the company among existing customers. • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Collect appreciation letters from satisfied customers as testimonials for the company's service quality. Technical Expertise: • Utilize in-depth knowledge of AHU installation and commissioning to provide expert guidance and support. • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during and after installation. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain detailed records of service calls, installations, and customer feedback. • Prepare regular reports on service activities, customer satisfaction levels, and any areas for improvement.

Design complete mechanical systems as per the project and client requirements. Do calculations and select the right equipment based on required capacity. Prepare drawings like GA, layouts, schematics, ducting and piping drawings. Select equipment and prepare its technical specifications. Design ducting and piping routes wherever required. Prepare design reports and technical documents explaining how the system will work. Check architectural/project drawings and understand equipment and space requirements. Make sure the design is practical and can actually be installed at the site. Follow required standards/codes like IS, ASHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, ISO, etc.

• Handle QMS and quality documentation. • Perform inspection & testing of products/components. • Use quality tools for problem-solving and improvement. • Monitor product quality as per HVAC/manufacturing standards. • Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Lead the overall quality department and ensure the company follows ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards. • Plan product quality before production, get customer approvals, identify potential defects, and monitor manufacturing quality using core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan). • Identify the root cause of quality issues, resolve them permanently, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. • Monitor production quality, reduce defects and rejections, and drive continuous process improvements. • Conduct product, process, and supplier quality audits to ensure all quality requirements are met. • Handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. • Lead, guide, and develop the quality team while driving a zero-defect manufacturing culture and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities • Digital Design: Create high-performing visual assets for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, presentation decks and other digital collaterals. • Print Production: Design and prepress print collateral, including brochures, catalogs, event signage/backdrops, magazine ads, flyers, business cards, merchandise, and promotional materials. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with Edgetech’s visual identity and brand guidelines. • Creative Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from brief to delivery. • Asset & File Management: Maintain organized design systems, master templates, and digital asset repositories for cross-team use. • Resize and adapt designs across multiple print and digital formats while maintaining visual consistency. • Print Management: Coordinate with external print vendors to ensure correct file preparation, color accuracy, paper selection, and final delivery quality.
