🔒 Confidential1.Generate, qualify and manage B2B leads in assigned zone(s) – surveying companies , Infrastructure contractors , industrial parks, logistics hubs, real estate portfolios, infra, airports, ports, data centres, etc. 2.Plan and conduct independent field demos of scanners and solutions at client locations, roadshows, and events. 3.Present commercial + technical value proposition for scanner sales, scanner rentals, and Scan-to-BIM & Digital Twin services. 4.Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations and solution decks. 5.Maintain and update a structured opportunity pipeline (CRM / Excel) with clear follow-up actions. 6.Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales and collection targets. 7.Support VBTI in joint events with OEMs (e.g. FARO), client workshops and niche demos. 8.Provide regular MIS / reports on market feedback, competition and client requirements.
Minimum 3+ years B2B sales experience in AEC / construction / infra / industrial parks / real estate, or survey equipment, BIM/CAD tools, engineering hardware/software, or similar technical products. Proven experience in doing physical demos and closing technical solution sales. Strong communication and presentation skills; English plus regional language preferred. Comfortable with extensive travel and client-facing work. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a startup / growth environment with minimal supervision.
