Production Engineer

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the assembly floor. • Ensure production schedules are met, and products are manufactured to required quality standards. • Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines. • Enforce health and safety regulations across the production floor. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Ensure optimal utilisation of manpower and equipment, report malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. • Maintain daily production reports floor-wise. • Uphold and sustain 5S practices on the shop floor.

• Strong ability to oversee day-to-day production activities. • Skilled in handling fitters and managing manpower effectively. • Proficient in monitoring workers and ensuring smooth daily operations on the assembly floor. • Good problem-solving and resource management skills. • Knowledge of AHU (Air Handling Unit) field operations.
