Job Description

● Coordinate patients as contact window from production start: ○ The Patient Coordinator will assist in day-to-day coordinator tasks,including customer scheduling, managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings, telephone answering, welcoming visitors to the company and providing general support to the team. ● Receptionist Operation Support: ○ The Patient Coordinator will obtain and update documents necessary for the company to operate. ○ In addition, Financial Management will be responsible for invoicing, contract arrangement, payment receipt, Petty cash and Patient payment. ○ Services to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to the relevant personnel or department appropriately. ● Customer support operation ○ Answering the patient concern and Communication with the related department and obtaining solutions for a technical concern from a patient. ○ Providing the solution and an answer to a patient in accordance with him/her questions. ○ Boosting lifetime customer value and annual recurring revenue. ○ Inspiring customer loyalty and retention. ○ Reducing churn ● KGI Management: ○ The performance of a Patient Coordinator will be measured by some KGIs such as the number of scheduling for after-sales care and final test fitting, etc. ● Building Maintenance Management: ○ The Patient Coordinator will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s premises. ○ This involves coordinating with vendors, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment for all employees. ● Errands: ○ The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for running various errands on behalf of the organization. ○ This may include purchasing office supplies, picking up and delivering documents, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements

● Bachelor degree in B.com, BBA (any related course) ● At Least 2 years of Customer Service Experience including payment of management. ● Great Communication: ○ Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively interact with patients, colleagues and external vendors. ○ This position is expected to welcome and engage patients with a friendly and professional attitude as a face of Instalimb. ○ Fluency in English and the local language is required for Telugu. ● Strong IT Skills: ○ The ideal candidate should possess strong IT skills and be proficient in using office productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems. ○ Familiarity with relevant software and tools for travel reservations and banking tasks is desirable, and also strongly preferred to account book management experience. ● Organizational Skills: ○ The Patient Coordinator must have excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. ○ Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role. ● Proactive and Resourceful: ○ We are looking for a proactive individual who can take initiative and find innovative solutions to challenges. ○ The Patient Coordinator should be resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ● Professionalism and Confidentiality: ○ The Patient Coordinator must maintain a high level of professionalism and handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
