To be considered for this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 4-8 years of relevant experience in IT service management, specifically with OpenText TeamSite. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience in incident management and service management. Key technical skills and competencies include: - Proficiency in OpenText TeamSite and related tools - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes - Knowledge of SMAX - Strong incident management skills - Familiarity with industry best practices in SMAX In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for candidates who exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
