Strategy & Planning - Understand VBTI offerings and build a clear marketing plan by sector (logistics parks, industrial, commercial, infra, hospitals, heritage, etc.). - Define ideal customer profiles (ICP) and build target account lists with sales (Tier-1, Tier-2 accounts). - Create quarterly campaign calendars for scanner sales, rentals, scan-to-BIM and digital twin offerings. 2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution - Drive daily presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, IndiaMART and website. - Coordinate creation of reels / short videos (30–45 sec), posts, blogs, emailers and landing pages. - Work with a digital agency for: • Paid campaigns on LinkedIn / Meta / Google • Creative design, editing and ad optimisation - Ensure every campaign has a clear CTA (demo, pilot, consultation) and proper tracking (UTM links, analytics). 3. Lead Management & Sales Enablement - Own the marketing pipeline numbers (MQLs per month, cost per lead, etc.). - Set up and maintain basic CRM (Zoho / HubSpot or similar) – ensure all leads are captured and tagged by sector / solution. - Create and update sales collaterals: • One-page solution briefs • Sector-wise case studies • Intro & capability decks - Coordinate with inside sales / sales team for follow-up on leads, demo schedules and feedback. 4.Events, Webinars & Partnerships - Plan and execute focused client events / roadshows with OEM partners (e.g. FARO) and key accounts. - Support industry exhibitions, conferences and webinars (pre-event promotion, on-ground coordination, post-event follow-ups). 5.Reporting & Insights - Weekly and monthly dashboards on: • Leads generated (by channel, sector) • Meetings / demos booked • Campaign performance (views, clicks, conversions) - Recommend data-based improvements to campaigns, content and targeting.
Experience: 4–8 years in B2B marketing (preferred sectors: construction / AEC, real estate, industrial, infra, SaaS / tech, or geospatial). - Strong hands-on exposure to: • LinkedIn & digital campaigns • Working with creative / digital agencies • Basic marketing automation & CRM tools - Comfort in understanding technical solutions (BIM, CAD, digital twin, 3D scanning) and translating them into simple value propositions. - Excellent written & verbal communication skills; able to draft emails, posts and basic decks independently. - Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working directly with founders / CXO level in a growth-stage organisation.
