To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience: - 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. - Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance customer service skills. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Technical skills and competencies: - Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools. - Familiarity with performance management systems and evaluation techniques. Soft skills and attributes: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire learners. - Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing environments. - Passion for continuous learning and personal development. Educational requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications: - Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus but not mandatory. - Any specific training certifications related to customer service or hospitality will be highly regarded.
