Junior HVAC Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Design Engineer to join our MEP design team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role includes heat load calculations, system design, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Role & responsibilities. Design & develop HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and equipment selection. Perform heat load calculations and prepare detailed design reports. Conduct site visits to assess existing systems and propose improvements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for integrated MEP designs. Implement energy-efficient design solutions to reduce consumption and costs. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. Prepare drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other technical documentation. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers/team members.

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 0–3 years of experience in HVAC/MEP design and implementation. Proficient in AutoCAD, HVAC design tools; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage. Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, standards, and codes. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
