HVAC Operation Manager

Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC systems across refinery facilities, including control rooms, substations, process areas, and administrative buildings  Ensure HVAC systems meet refinery safety standards, statutory regulations, and environmental norms  Lead and manage HVAC maintenance teams, contractors, and service vendors  Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs  Coordinate with operations, maintenance, HSE, and engineering departments  Ensure compliance with refinery safety practices, permit-to-work systems, and emergency procedures  Review HVAC design modifications, upgrades, and expansion projects  Prepare technical reports, and maintenance documentation  Timely payment release from client. Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, ventilation, and pressurization systems  Experience with hazardous area classifications and refinery safety standards  Proven leadership and team management skills  Communication & Coordination Skills  Project Management Skills
