🔒 ConfidentialKey Responsibilities 1. Industrial Relations & Plant Management * Ensure 100% compliance with the Factories Act, Labor Laws, and all statutory regulations. * Manage labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions to maintain a strike-free environment. * Oversee EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols to ensure zero-accident goals at the manufacturing site. * Supervise the plant-based HR team to manage daily attendance, shift rotations, and payroll accuracy for blue-collar staff. 2. Talent Acquisition & Development * Lead recruitment for diverse roles: from CNC operators and quality engineers to sales and finance professionals. * Develop and implement an Onboarding Program that aligns new hires with the company’s vision. * Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical training for factory workers and leadership training for corporate staff. 3. Performance & Compensation * Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. * Manage the annual increment cycle, bonus structures, and incentive schemes for production targets. * Benchmark salaries to ensure we remain competitive within the automotive components industry. 4. Corporate Culture & Engagement * Act as a bridge between the plant and corporate office to ensure "One Team" alignment. * Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. * Advise senior management on organizational design and workforce planning.
* Experience: 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a manufacturing setup (Automotive/Auto-components preferred). * Education: Graduate degree in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations.
