🔒 ConfidentialResponsibilities: Blue-Collar Workforce & Shop-Floor Coordination • Daily coordination with Production Supervisors to understand manpower requirements for each shift. • Track BC deployment, movement between departments, and daily shift allocation. • Ensure manpower availability to avoid line stoppage and support production continuity. Attendance & Time Office Management • Manage daily BC biometric/manual attendance and validate shift rosters. • Monitor OT hours, weekly offs, and attendance discrepancies. • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly attendance reports for payroll. Statutory Compliance & IR Activities • Maintain all statutory registers as per the Factories Act, CLRA, ESIC, PF, and other labour law requirements. • Ensure contractor compliance: wage sheets, muster rolls, ESIC/PF challans, insurance, ID cards, etc. • Support grievance handling, misconduct reporting, shop-floor discipline, and IR documentation. • Assist during audits (internal, external, statutory) ensuring full documentation readiness. Blue-Collar Hiring & Onboarding • Coordinate with production and manpower vendors to plan BC hiring based on line requirements. • Screen candidates, verify documents, and complete onboarding formalities. • Conduct induction, issue PPE/ID cards, and ensure they are deployed to production on timeHR & Administrative Support • Maintain personal files, joining documents, leave records, and movement registers. • Coordinate uniform distribution, welfare facilities, and safety briefings. • Support HR in plant HR activities, employee engagement, and communication. Skills & Competencies • Mandatory: Experience working in a production/manufacturing plant environment. • Strong understanding of blue-collar management and shift/line manpower planning. • Knowledge of HR Admin & IR documentation and statutory compliance. • Good interpersonal skills for dealing with supervisors, workers, and vendors. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, attendance systems, and documentation. • Ability to work on the shop floor and handle day-to-day IR/HR operational issues. • Exhibits strong observation skills and exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of work.
• Any Graduate / Diploma / Degree in HR, IR, or Labour Welfare. • 3–6 years of experience in HR Admin/IR roles within a Production/Manufacturing setup. • Experience managing blue-collar workforce at a plant is essential.
