Data Architecture and Modeling

We are seeking an accomplished Data Architect with extensive experience in Data Architecture and Modeling to join our Engineering Department in New Delhi. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data models that ensure the effective storage, retrieval, and analysis of data, thereby enabling our organization to leverage its data assets effectively. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in data architecture and modeling, with a proven track record as a Data Modeler or Data Architect. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP) will be an advantage. **Technical Skills and Competencies:** - Proficiency in data modeling techniques and methodologies (e.g., ER modeling, dimensional modeling). - Experience with data migration processes across relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). - Strong knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing principles. - Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks. - Ability to work with ETL tools and data integration processes. **Soft Skills and Attributes:** - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
