Job Description

• Plan raw material requirements in line with monthly production schedules. • Coordinate with Sales and Purchase departments to align planning with demand. • Address and resolve sales queries via email and phone. • Manage service calls and provide necessary inputs to the planning team. • Collaborate with Production and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery. • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and departmental documentation. • Guide and support team members in resolving work-related issues. • Update production modules in ERP and contribute to new task development. • Handle sales coordination for commercial issues related to planned dispatches.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience • Education: Graduation is mandatory. B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred. • Experience: 12–15 years of proven experience in PPC functions. Experience in HVAC manufacturing units will be an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of PPC processes, ISO systems, and database management with complete record-keeping. • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to leverage web research for system improvements. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
