Site supervisor

Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities including ducting, chilled water piping, insulation, and equipment installation. • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from site engineers. • Manage and monitor site workforce, subcontractors, and technicians. • Coordinate with site engineers and other MEP teams for smooth workflow and execution. • Track daily progress and report status to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager. • Ensure proper handling and installation of HVAC materials and equipment at site. • Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements proactively. • Ensure housekeeping and proper site discipline during execution. • Support testing and commissioning activities of HVAC systems. • Ensure adherence to safety practices and use of PPE at site.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC site supervision for MEP / construction projects. • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, and installation practices. • Ability to read and understand basic drawings and layouts. • Experience in handling site labour and subcontractors. • Basic knowledge of safety practices at construction sites. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Practical problem-solving ability and hands-on approach. • Comfortable with pan-India deployment and travel based on project requirements.
