HVAC Site Engineer (Senior)

• Execute and supervise HVAC installation works, including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems, ventilation systems, and associated equipment. • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate site execution. • Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements. • Coordinate with design, procurement, and other MEP teams (electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) for smooth project execution. • Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. • Ensure quality of installation as per approved drawings, standards, and client requirements. • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and coordination challenges. • Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material tracking, and work records. • Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and safe working practices at site.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in HVAC execution for MEP / construction / industrial projects. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, VRF/VRV, ventilation, and ducting. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Experience in site execution, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems. • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in HVAC installation. • Good communication and team coordination skills. • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred). • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Comfortable with pan-India deployment and travel based on project requirements.
