Job Description

Responsibility Sales & Business Expansion ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by contracting new B2B partners under Instalimb’s license or service model. ● Identify and pursue new institutional clients (hospitals, NGOs, distributors, CSR partners, and government programs). ● Generate, nurture, and close B2B leads through field visits, meetings, and relationship management. ● Develop region-wise business plans, forecast revenue, and report performance against targets (KPI/KGI). ● Negotiate and finalize MoUs, pricing, and business agreements with partner institutions. ● Monitor sales funnel and ensure consistent conversion from inquiries to contracts. Alliance & Project Implementation ● Implement alliance projects as part of the Business Development team under managerial guidance. ● Coordinate with internal teams (P&O, engineering, operations) to ensure partner training, onboarding, and project execution. ● Conduct B2B partner training sessions to explain Instalimb’s 3D prosthetic workflow (3D scanning, modeling, and fitting). ● Support CSR and government-based programs and NGO collaborations. Stakeholder Engagement ● Maintain strong communication and relationships with external stakeholders such as doctors, hospital administrators, rehabilitation officers, and distributors. ● Attend and represent Instalimb at conferences, camps, exhibitions, and institutional meetings to promote digital prosthetic solutions. ● Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to B2B clients. Reporting & Analysis ● Research and analyze the business environment, competitor activities, and market potential. ● Report sales performance, partner pipeline, and market insights to management. ● Suggest strategies for pricing, partner retention, and business model improvement. Travel ● Frequent domestic travel (up to 65%) for meetings, B2B visits, and project implementations. Occasional international travel for training or partnership support. ● Travel domestically and internationally for meetings and implementations 65%

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Biomedical Engineering, or Healthcare Management, Business development. ● MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred. ● Proven ability to achieve sales targets, build B2B relationships, and handle institutional negotiations. ● Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills in English and Hindi. ● Experience in GeM tenders, CSR projects will be an added advantage.
