Core Responsibilities • Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. • Craft content that makes people stop scrolling, from sharp captions and carousels to videos, reels, articles, and infographics. • Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns end-to-end, from idea to rollout. • Collaborate with influencers and creators to build campaigns that feel organic, exciting, and trend-led. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging stay consistent everywhere. • Balance creativity with deadlines, because great ideas deserve great execution. 2. Secondary Responsibilities • Stay ahead of trends, pop culture, and moment marketing so we’re always part of the conversation. • Track daily and weekly performance to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what can be better. • Support wider on ground marketing initiatives with social-first thinking. • Suggest new formats, platforms, and storytelling approaches to expand reach and engagement. • Contribute to PR and brand storytelling efforts as part of a larger marketing vision. 3. The Ingredients We’re Looking For • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management. • A portfolio that shows you don’t just post content, you build narratives and spark engagement. • Strong copywriting skills, you know how to say a lot with very little. • Comfort with tools like Canva and video creation, because ideas matter, but execution seals the deal. • A sharp eye for detail and aesthetics, nothing slips past you. • Data-aware but creativity-led, you love insights, but ideas excite you more. • A collaborative mindset and positive energy, you thrive in teams that brainstorm big and move fast. • Deadline-driven, proactive, and full of ideas that feel fresh, relevant, and scroll worthy.
